The V Sigma Workshop will contain five modules (Human Resource Management, Key Leadership Skills, Strategic Negotiations, Financial Management and Inspiring Change). The modules will provide you with a sound foundation and understanding of core leadership, negotiation, interpersonal relationship and other executive skills, which employers need yuu to have. Using lecture style and interactive workshop sessions, the trainers will consist of our top International and in house UBD expertise.
The V-Sigma Workshop is a 10 day training programme which is intended for junior to middle level executives and graduates from universities.
Workshop Execution
Each module will run for 2 days and consecutively excluding Fridays and Sundays. The training venue will be at the new ILIA Training Center, UBD. Refreshments including lunch will be provided throughout the training period.
