Tender and Quotation

STEP 1
Identify the quotation/ tender i.e. Universiti Brunei Darussalam (Kerajaan) OR Universiti Brunei Darussalam (Tabung UBD).

a) Quotation or tenders under Universiti Brunei Darussalam (Kerajaan) can be identified with the letter [G] at the end of the quotation/ tender ref. no. eg. UBD/Q/123/2023 – [G]

b) Quotation or tenders under Universiti Brunei Darussalam (Tabung UBD) can be identified with the letter [T] at the end of the quotation/ tender ref. no. eg. UBD/Q/123/2023 – [T]

STEP 2
Proceed to payments on the selected quotation/tenders through the following options:-

IMPORTANT

The PDF quotation/tender form will be send via email once UBD Official receipt is issued and send to vendors/supplier for confirmation of payment received.

Online payment:

Vendor must make the payment 2 DAYS before the deadline. (E.G. Payment made on Sunday 30 July 2023 for a quotation with a closing date of 01 August 2023 Tuesday).

We will only receive online payment at least one day after the payment is made.

Cash payment:

Vendor must make the payment 1 DAY before the deadline. (E.G. Payment made on Monday 31 July 2023 for a quotation with a closing date of 01 August 2023 Tuesday).

2. Fee for New and Extended quotations will be BND10.00 each (Non-Refundable).
   * Only the Tender fee varies according to the advert fee.
3. Please ensure that you provide the correct details when making the payment.

Deadline to submit the quotation/ tender document will remain the same (i.e., closing/submission of quotation/tender which falls on Tuesday before 2:00 pm. Always check the closing date of that tender/quotation).

Please note that this process will take effect from Monday 23^rd August 2021 until further notice.
