IMPORTANT DATES

Pre-Freshers Week

There will be no Pre-Freshers Week during for August 2023 which was scheduled from 20-22 July 2023. However if you have any inquiries, please email them to freshersweek@ubd.edu.bn or office.hep@ubd.edu.bn.

During this time, you must settle all the related payments, purchase insurance coverage and submit the necessary documents online.

Freshers Week

24 July 2023 – 28 July 2023

Freshers Week will start with the Vice Chancellor’s Address and Oath Taking. All new students are required to attend this event.

It is an orientation week filled with introductory briefings on all matters necessary to start your university life and other exciting activities. It will be an opportunity to get to know your university and its surroundings, meet with your faculty and learn the modules you would need to register for and prepare yourself for the transition into tertiary studies. You will also have the opportunity to explore and get to know the UBD Students’ Association and all the clubs and societies and meet and make new friends.
