“You will need to write to HR Office (Attn to Deputy Registrar HR) on your intention not to renew and your reason for doing so, at least 3 months before the end of your contract. We will then arrange for you to do your clearance, gratuity, booking of your ticket(s) and cancellation of visa/ dependent pass/ employment pass, shipping of your personal goods and cancellation of house before you leave.

If you are Tabung staff, you will need to write your intention to not to renew at least 3 months before the end of your contract. Any less than 3 months will incur penalty on you, which may include repayment of 1 month’s salary. We will then arrange for you to do your clearance before you leave.”
