The Institute of Biodiversity and Environmental Research together with the Geoscience Programme is conducting research for Tropical Peatland Restoration. Tree planting of the native tree species Dryobalanops Rappa will be conducted and the effects of fertiliser application on survival and growth will be investigated.
The Role
We seek candidates willing to conduct fieldwork (tree planting, tree census, volunteering supervision). Previous fieldwork experience is an advantage.
Minimum requirements:
- Brunei Citizen
- Ability to work independently and to assist in the supervision of volunteers
- Preferably, have their own transportation
- Ability to write scientific papers
