Tuition fees are payable by the following group of students:
Once students are enrolled, they will be bound by the University’s fees regulation, and are to pay the tuition fees throughout their candidature.
-IMPORTANT NOTICE-
All tuition fees charged for Full Time and Part Time students are of the same amount, not based on the duration of their candidature.
For undergraduate, all fees are charged yearly.
For graduate, Master Degree & PhD fees by research are charged per semester while Master Degree & PhD fees by coursework are charged per programme.
For any extension of a programme [beyond the minimum period of candidature as stated in their offer letter], fees are charged per semester.
Note that Fees Regulations and tuition fees are correct at time of publication and may subject to revision from time to time. All tuition and other fees are paid in Brunei dollars ($BND).

Over the past decade since higher education was introduced in the Sultanate, the government has awarded thousands of scholarships to both locals as well as non-locals to study in Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
Apart from tuitions borne by the government, the scholarship will also include the bursaries for accommodation, books, food, personal spending as well as complementary medical treatment at any Brunei Government hospital whilst travel expenses will be arranged by the Brunei Darussalam Foreign Mission at the scholar’s country of origin or the closest Brunei Darussalam Mission to their country.
There are several scholarship schemes available for prospective local and international students.

All payment should be made to the authorised personnel only at the Finance Counter at Ground Floor, Administration Block.
Students/payers are advised to request for an official receipt at the counter as proof of payment and keep the original receipt for possible refund of fees in the future, if any.
