Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervising various aspects of the welfare
1. Manage all students’ leave of absence, sick leave, maternity leave, perform Haj and Umrah, etc.
Payment of students’ allowances and other privileges such as loan and other allowances applications, as well as the distribution of students’ allowances and coupons.
Monitor student activities, safety and welfare of students under RESCO
1. Facilitate, manage and record students’ participation in clubs under Executive Council for Students’ Accommodation, PMUBD
2. Provide advices for clubs under RESCO
Receiving complaints from students with regards to the Residential Colleges and pass to relevant authorities, including UBD Corp
Looking into the needs of in-service government officers such as leave of absence, leave of state, application of various loans and allowances related to government officers
Acting as an Advisor to the Students’ Association in the management and running of their financial matters and coordinating between the Association and the Bursar.
