You can make payments on the selected quotation / tenders through the following:-

1. Online Payment Guide (BIBD):-
   1. Go to “Services->Payment Services/Donations->Pay Bill/Make Donation” and fill in the required details as follows:-
   2. Payee Name:  UBD CORPORATION (*use the pull-down menu to select)
      Bill / Reference No.1:  Vendor’s/Supplier’s Name
      Reference No.2:  Tender/Quotation ref. no. [Must be typed in full and complete]
2. Please take note that the document fee for each of the New and Extended quotations will be BND 20.00 each
3. Important Note: Please ensure that you provide the correct details when making the payment.
4. please email proof of the above payment to office.ubdcorp@ubd.edu.bn and contact 673 8721450. Payment should be made successfully before 12 noon on Monday of the closing date week. 

 

Please submit the ORIGINAL document with receipt stampad.
Otherwise your submission will be rejected/ disqualified.
