You can make payments on the selected quotation / tenders through the following:-

1. Cash Payment to be made directly at Administration Office, Executive House 4, the Core Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
2. Online Payment Guide (BIBD):-
   1. Go to “Services->Payment Services/Donations->Pay Bill/Make Donation” and fill in the required details as follows:-
   2. Payee Name:  UBD CORPORATION (*use the pull-down menu to select)
      Bill / Reference No.1:  Vendor’s/Supplier’s Name
      Reference No.2:  Tender/Quotation ref. no. [Must be typed in full and complete]
3. Please take note that the document fee for each of the New and Extended quotations will be BND 20.00 each
4. Important Note: Please ensure that you provide the correct details when making the payment.
5. please email proof of the above payment to office.ubdcorp@ubd.edu.bn. Payment should be made successfully before 12 noon on Monday of the closing date week. 

 

Please submit the ORIGINAL document with receipt stampad.
Otherwise your submission will be rejected/ disqualified.
