UBD Bursary Award

The UBD Bursary Award (UBD) is a funding scheme offered by Universiti Brunei Darussalam to Doctor of Philosophy applicants with the vision of providing access and opportunities for life-long learning.

Eligibility

• At least a second class upper honours Bachelor degree and a Master degree or equivalent qualification with publication record from the Master degree.
• A good quality and impactful research proposal.
• Fit to pursue studies in the area of choice.

Award

• Waived tuition fees, including registration and acceptance fees at Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
• On-campus accomodation for 36 months.
