  • Mudskipper Study by UBD Academic Reveals Mudskipper Species’ Adaptation from Water to Land, Published in Nature Communications

    A study on mudskippers by a team of international researchers in collaboration with Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) academic, Dr Gianluca Polgar, from Faculty of Science provided new insights into the adaptation of these species to semi-terrestrial habitats. The paper, entitled “Mudskipper genomes provide insights into the terrestrial adaptation of amphibious fishes”, has been published in the prestigious scientific journal Nature Communications.
