Bursar’s Office

The Bursar’s Office provides various financial and accounting services to support the management of the University.

The Bursar’s Office is responsible for:

• Financial management and administration, procurement, purchasing, coordinating budget preparation and monitoring of University budgets;
• Management of rental of UBD physical facilities such as Sports and Recreational Facilties, General Teaching Rooms/Halls, Accomodation.
