About
I have gained much knowledge and experience of the expectations of internationally recognized higher education institutions – four different universities in the world,  holding key academic positions during past 23 years ; Universiti Brunei Darussalam as an associate professor, Monash University Sunway Campus as a senior lecturer, Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden as a senior research fellow on sabbatical leave and University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka as an assistant lecturer, lecturer, senior lecturer and coordinator of MSc programme at the Post Graduate Institute of Science (PGIS) on secondment. Most recently, I have been awarded as a recipient of UK – South East Asia Knowledge Partnership – Collaborative Award 2013 in order to initiate global research projects for humanity and technological advancements, jointly with distinguished experts on wireless sensor networks and universal studio in the UK. He was the recipient of Pro-Vice Chancellors award for research excellence at Monash University in three consecutive years; 2008, 2009 and 2010.
