About
A tutor in the Department of Malay Literature, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences in 2004 and now holds the post of lecturer (2006) upon graduated in Master of Theatre, Monash University, Australia with specialization in Drama and Theatre.
Often invited as a judge of drama competition such as ‘Pertandingan Drama Bahasa Melayu’ organized by Department of Co-Curriculum, Ministry of Education, ‘Peraduan Bercerita Berkumpulan’ and ‘Mari Bercerita’ organized by Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka. Also was a judge in Animations Pro Digital Animation Challenge organized by AITI.
Active in the field of stage performance (play) and often invited to perform for official events organized by Government institutions namely Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka, Brunei Youth Council, ASTERAWANI, Narcotics Control Bureau, Radio Television Brunei and the Department of Labour.
Representing Brunei in Philippines for the ‘ASEAN Performance and Media Arts Workshop’ (2007) as a creative director for 2 weeks.
A member of Brunei Youth Council (Majlis Belia Brunei), ASTERAWANI, also a committee of ‘Mata Pelajaran dan Buku-buku Kesusasteraan Melayu Peringkat Menengah 2012-2014’, Jabatan Pendidikan Kurikulum, Kementerian Pendidikan. Active in drama script writing and papers often appeared in Bahana magazines and also active in the field of writing short stories, poems and articles that focused on drama and theatre.
