UBD has established an SDG Committee to foster a culture of sustainability by integrating best practices into its education, research, and community engagement. This committee strategises, monitors, and reports on sustainability achievements, reinforcing UBD’s commitment to sustainable development and aligning efforts with national priorities.

UBD actively collaborates with government and non-government sectors to advance SDG-focused initiatives, extending its impact to the wider community. Our students participate in volunteer programs that promote sustainable practices within local communities, encouraging eco-friendly behaviours and building community resilience. Additionally, UBD offers a range of sustainability education programmes that cover social, environmental, and governance topics, providing deeper insights for those interested in sustainability.

Beyond local efforts, UBD engages in regional and international collaborations, conducting research across various SDG-related fields to expand knowledge and develop effective solutions. By bringing together experts and stakeholders, UBD fosters dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaborative action to tackle global sustainability challenges.
