Anchored on a structured engagement model, UniALUMNI serves as an activation platform that connects alumni expertise with university priorities and national development needs. This approach is reflected across several key initiatives.
Through Inclusive Futures, alumni contribute their lived experiences and professional insights to support inclusive practices, capacity-building, and community engagement. At the same time, Journeying Futures highlights alumni stories and professional journeys, strengthening alumni identity while showcasing their contributions across sectors.
Complementing these efforts, the Graduate Employment Survey (GES) plays an important role in supporting alumni during their early career pathways, particularly within the first five years after graduation. Through ongoing engagement and data-driven insights, UBD is able to better understand graduate outcomes and identify areas where support and opportunities can be strengthened.
Together, these initiatives reflect a broader shift in how UBD engages its alumni – from participation in activities to meaningful, structured contribution.
