Quality Policy

The Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), in our mission and vision, is committed to establish, provide and enhance the quality of education, research and related services.

In the pursuit of quality excellence, UBD adopts a systematic approach to quality management that ensures:

•  compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and the requirements of ISO 9001:2015;

• the quality of academic programmes and modules meet internationally acceptable standards, and the needs and expectations of our students, parents, the economy, government and society;

• the quality of research and development and innovation, across all disciplines, contributing to knowledge discovery and creation for the academia, industry and society;

• the implementation of quality management standards, their monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation, in pursuit of continual improvement; and

• the culture of quality and excellence is communicated, understood and applied within the University.
