General Requirement
- Grade C6 in English Language at GCE ‘O’ Level Examination ; or
- Grade ‘B’ in IGCSE English (as a Second Language) ; or
- IELTS score of 6.0 ; or
- TOEFL minimum overall score of 550 ; or
- Band B2 in the UBD English Proficiency Test.
‘O’ Level Qualification or equivalent
At least a Grade C6 in Mathematics.
‘A’ Level Qualification or equivalent
- A minimum of 180 points for two (2) ‘A’ Level passes or 220 points for three (3) ‘A’ Level passes in relevant science subjects;
OR
- A minimum of 160 points for two (2) ‘A’ Level passes or 200 points for three (3) ‘A’ Level passes in relevant science subjects; AND pass an entrance examination.
International Baccalaureate
- At least 26 points in International Baccalaureate Diploma or Certificate, with a minimum of 5 points each in at least two relevant Science subjects taken at Higher Level, one of which must be Mathematics;
OR
- At least 24 points in International Baccalaureate Diploma or Certificate, with a minimum of 5 points each in at least two relevant Science subjects taken at Higher Level, one of which must be Mathematics, AND pass an entrance examination.
Diploma Level 5 / Higher National Diploma (HND) / Advanced Diploma
- Higher National Diploma (HND), or its equivalent, in a computer science related field;
WITH
- A minimum of two (2) Distinctions and four (4) Merits for core modules in a computer science related field, excluding Communication Skills, AND with at least Grade C6 in Mathematics at GCE ‘O’ Level Examination;
OR
- A minimum of five (5) Merits of core modules in a computer science related field, excluding Communication Skills, with at least Grade C6 in Mathematics at GCE ‘O’ Level, AND pass an entrance examination;
Applicants with Prior Work Experience
At least five (5) years working experience in a computer science related field; AND at least one (1) ‘A’ Level in a relevant subject, OR five (5) merits and/or distinctions in HND (or equivalent); AND pass an entrance examination.
