UniHEALTH is Universiti Brunei Darussalam’s dedicated Centre for Health, Wellness, and Well-being, established on 8 August 2025 to support the holistic health and well-being of the university community. Operating under the Office of the Assistant Vice-Chancellor (University Life & Governance), UniHEALTH serves as a central hub for promoting physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being among students and staff.
UniHEALTH brings counselling services, preventive health and wellness initiatives, inclusive support services, and coordinated referral pathways together under one integrated structure — reflecting UBD’s commitment to a healthier, more inclusive campus.
Through accessible, person-centred, and evidence-informed services, UniHEALTH aims to empower students and staff to achieve their full potential while fostering a culture of wellness, resilience, inclusion, and belonging.
A fully integrated healthy-university culture at UBD in which wellbeing, inclusion, and sustainable living are embedded into every facet of campus life.
UniHEALTH advances a whole-university approach to health promotion for students, staff, infrastructure, and operations, aligned with the Healthy University Framework and UBD’s roadmap.
SUPPORTING UBD’S HEALTHY UNIVERSITY JOURNEY
UniHEALTH plays a central role in advancing UBD’s Healthy University agenda, supporting the UBD Healthy University Roadmap (2025-2028), the UBD Sustainable Masterplan and Brunei Vision 2035. Through innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement, we aim to position UBD as a leading example of a healthy, inclusive, and caring university in the region.
