As a higher education institution, UBD has swiftly adapted its activities in response to the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic since the beginning of 2020. The Global Discovery Programme or GDP, a short-term programme that is usually held several times a year onsite which is popular with our international students worldwide, had to be redesigned into a virtual short-term programme since July 2020.
UBD has curated 2 virtual short-term programmes in 2021 as follows:
An intensive short term online programme offering international students a good understanding of Brunei culture and lifestyle. The programme is comprised of Brunei Malay Language, Brunei Culture, History, and Biodiversity.
